Once you purchase, you will receive immediate access to the workshop. You can begin by going through the guided presentation, listening to the meditation, and then working through the downloadable workbook at your own pace.
You will have access to the workshop for 1 year from the date of purchase. The workbook is downloadable, however the presentation and meditation will no longer be available after your access period ends.
The next step is my Rooted Inner Child Safety Program, which you can choose in either a self-paced format or a self-paced format with weekly calls. This program goes deeper into building inner safety and continuing your inner child work in a structured way.
