How Each Workbook is Broken Down

Each workbook is divided into two parts: the Sorceress section, which speaks to your adult self, and the Seed section, which gently supports and connects with your inner child. There is a lot of creative work here like crafts, painting, coloring to engage with your inner child more.

You can preview the first Rite (workbook) below under Contents.

The Sorceress Section

This is where the practical tools, mindset shifts, and healing exercises live. These are the pieces for the version of you that is ready to make empowered choices, reflect on patterns, and begin holding space in a grounded, supportive way. This is heavy on journaling.

The Seed Section

This section is softer. It’s playful, imaginative, and emotionally intuitive. These exercises are designed to help you connect with your inner child — not as a task to fix them, but to truly build a relationship with them. The more you show up for them, the more they will begin to trust you. And the more they trust you, the more they will allow you to make different choices in your life — and most importantly, to heal the deeper wounds.

Stacy Simons is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Spinal Energetics practitioner, and Somatic Movement specialist who brings a grounded, real-world perspective to embodiment practices.  Having spent years navigating a demanding career in high-pressure professional environments, Stacy deeply understands the physical and emotional toll of chronic stress and the impact of habits like "chameleon-like" adaptation and  “powering through” to meet external expectations.  Now, she uses her expertise in somatic and energy work to create a safe space for guiding clients to release protective patterns and reconnect with their inner wisdom.  Her mission is to empower others to fully surrender and inhabit the person they were always meant to be. Frequently asked questions

Let’s bring clarity to what you’re stepping into.

What is included in this program?

This 18-week program includes:

  • 18 weeks of self-paced teachings designed to gently guide your inner child into safety and trust

  • 18 downloadable, 40+ page PDF workbooks (one for each week)

  • A dual-part workbook system in each section: the Sorceress (adult self) and the Seed (inner child)

  • Guided narrated teachings to support understanding and integration

  • 2+ meditations (Rites) per week, with some weeks including additional practices

  • A supportive peer-based community forum to connect with others on the same journey

  • 18 weekly 60–90 minute live group calls held on an 18-week rotating cycle, led by Megan or one of two supporting facilitators. Sessions run within a seasonal September–June container and include a minimum of 18 live calls.

What is the duration of this program?

The program is an 18 week course. You will have access to this program for 1 year. Live group calls run seasonally from September through the end of June.

This structure is designed intentionally to support your engagement and completion of the work, rather than creating an open-ended experience that is easy to drift away from. The goal is to help you stay connected to the process and actually move through the material in a supported way.

All workbooks are downloadable, so you can keep them and revisit the material at any time. The meditations are included within the platform and are not downloadable.

What makes this program different from other inner child courses?

This program focuses first on safety and trust rather than immediate emotional processing or “healing.” It combines spiritual, somatic, and intuitive practices with structured inner child work over an extended 18-week container.

How is the program structured?

The program unfolds over 18 weeks, with each week centered around a specific theme for both the Sorceress (adult self) and Seed (inner child) sections. You are invited to move through teachings, reflections, and practices at your own pace, allowing space for true integration rather than rushing or forcing healing. Please refer to the Contents section for a full breakdown of each week’s themes.

Who is this program for?

This is for women who feel called to inner child work, emotional healing, and spiritual or intuitive growth—especially those drawn to a softer, more reflective, witchy or soul-led approach.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for those looking for a quick fix or instant emotional transformation. Inner child work is a slow, layered process that requires willingness, reflection, and personal responsibility.

It is not for anyone unwilling to engage with emotional material or who is looking for someone else to “do the healing” for them.

This work also may not be a fit if you strongly dislike journaling, self-reflection, or spending time with your inner world, as these are core parts of the process. It asks for participation, honesty, and a commitment to your own unfolding over time.

What makes this different from other inner child programs?

This program blends spiritual, somatic, and intuitive practices with structured inner child work, focusing first on safety and trust rather than immediate emotional processing or “fixing.”

What is the purpose of this program / what happens after it?

This is the first step in a multi-step healing path. What you receive from this program will depend on what you choose to engage with and integrate along the way. This is not a quick-fix or a program that “heals everything,” but rather the beginning of a longer unfolding process. Each step in the path builds upon the last, supporting deeper levels of inner child healing and self-trust over time. Healing is gradual, layered, and ongoing—and this program lays the foundation for what comes next.

What is the difference between the self-paced program and the program with weekly live calls?

Both versions are independent study and include full access to the same core teachings, workbooks, and meditations. You move through the material at your own pace in a way that feels supportive for your process.

The only difference is that the seasonal live calls version also includes access to weekly 60–90 minute group sessions held from September through June. These calls follow a rotating 18-week support cycle and offer live group space for reflection, embodiment, and energetic support with Megan and supporting facilitators.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is needed. Everything is guided in a way that supports both beginners and those already familiar with inner work. You just have to be in a place where you are ready to show up for yourself.

What if I fall behind or move slowly?

The program is self-paced, so there is no falling behind. You are encouraged to move at the speed your nervous system feels safe with. This course is available for one year so you can move as you see fit.

How much time do I need each week?

This depends on your pace, but you can expect to spend a few hours per week moving through the teachings, workbook, and practices. Some weeks may feel lighter, while others may feel more immersive depending on what is being brought up in your process.

You will get out of this work what you are willing to put into it. This is a space for building trust with your inner child, and that trust is developed through consistent time, attention, and engagement with her in a way that feels real and embodied.

You are always encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive for your nervous system rather than forcing or rushing the process.

Is this therapy or a replacement for therapy?

No. This program is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. It is a supportive spiritual and emotional growth experience.

What if this feels emotionally intense?

Inner child work can bring up deep emotions. You are always invited to pause, slow down, or revisit material as needed. The focus is on safety and trust, not pushing or forcing healing.

Can I join if I’m already doing therapy or other healing work?

Yes. This program can be used alongside therapy or other healing modalities. It is designed as a complementary spiritual and somatic support space, not a replacement for clinical or medical care.

What are the live group sessions?

The live group sessions are weekly calls that run from the first week of September through the end of June.

During this time, we meet each week for guided inner child practice, integration, and support.

Each session is designed to help you actively work with your inner child in a safe and supported space, rather than just learning concepts.

Alongside this, two additional facilitators are part of the container and offer complementary support through Reiki and somatic-based practices, helping you regulate, release, and deepen your experience in different ways.

There are a few planned breaks throughout the year when calls do not run, such as holidays and scheduled pauses for rest and integration. These breaks are intentionally built in to support a sustainable and grounded healing pace.

The group follows a consistent ongoing structure, and when you join, you enter into the current flow of the container and continue from your own starting point.

When do the calls take place and what is their duration?

The live group calls take place on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM EST, unless otherwise noted.

Each session runs for 60–90 minutes, depending on the flow of the group and what is being supported that week.

Are the group calls recorded?

Yes, all group calls are recorded and made available for replay. This allows you to revisit the practices and teachings at your own pace if you are unable to attend live.

How are the group calls structured?

Each week includes a 60–90 minute live group call led by Megan or one of the supporting facilitators, Mariel and Stacy. Calls follow a structured 18-week rotating cycle, with each facilitator guiding sessions within their area of expertise.

You are welcome to join at any point in the cycle. The work is designed to be cyclical rather than linear, meaning you will naturally move through different phases of the teachings over time, and each pass through the cycle offers new layers of depth and integration.

While the structure provides consistency, each session is intuitively guided and shaped by the energy of the group in real time—so no two calls are ever the same.

Megan leads intuitive, energy-responsive sessions that often include inner child work, meditation, and reflection. Mariel, a Reiki Master, focuses on Reiki and energetic support. Stacy, a breathwork facilitator with somatic training, guides breathwork and embodiment-based practices.

Across all sessions, you can expect a blend of somatic healing, breathwork, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and integration space to support real-time processing and grounding.

The live container runs seasonally from September through June. This is a cyclical space, and you are welcome to enter at any point throughout the year. Because of the way the cycle is structured, every member receives a minimum of 18 weeks of live group support, ensuring a complete and supported experience no matter when they begin.

What happens if I join close to the summer pause?

You will be able to participate in the live calls running up until the summer pause in June. When the calls resume in September, you will continue to have access to the live sessions as part of your 1-year program access, until your enrollment period ends.

What kind of community space is included?

You will have access to a private peer-based community forum where you can connect with others in the program. This space is designed for reflection, integration, sharing insights, and supporting one another throughout the 18-week journey in a respectful and grounded way.

What if I don’t want to be part of the community?

Participation in the community is always optional, and the platform includes privacy features that allow you to hide your profile if that feels more aligned for you. You are welcome to engage as much or as little as feels supportive, and many members choose to quietly receive the material without active participation. There is no expectation to share or interact beyond your comfort level.

Is this refundable?

Yes. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

Please note that a $350 non-refundable administrative fee applies to cover processing, platform costs, and program setup. The remaining balance will be refunded if requested within the 7-day window.

After 7 days, all sales are final due to immediate access to program materials and live group integration.
